Magnolia Oil & Gas Corp. (NYSE: MGY) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of Class A common stock. The company also declared a cash distribution of $0.15 per Class B unit.
Both the dividend and distribution are payable on Sept. 2 to shareholders of record by Aug. 11.
Occidental
Occidental Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: OXY) announced a regular quarterly dividend of $0.24 per common stock, payable Oct. 15 to stockholders of record by Sept. 10.
Baytex Energy
